Vivienne is a co-founder of Crossroads Church in Cincinnati, Ohio (www.crossroads.net) and spent 25+ years as a Marketing expert in corporate America, where she was awarded the title of Harley Procter Marketing, one of 12 people in the 185-year history of Procter & Gamble. She is an MIT engineer who understands how to reach new people using data and marketing, develop strong, culturally current brands, and develop leaders.
Currently, Vivienne is a member of the Leadership Team for Crossroads and leads the Leadership Development team and the Studio, which is an internal agency that includes Marketing, Design, Analytics/Research, Digital Products) for Crossroads. Vivienne is an American-born Chinese, married for over 30 years to her husband Jim Bechtold, and is the mother of three adult children.
